Good Morning, everyone!

As usual, I have a lot of reminders and information about the last week of the regular season! Please, I implore you, to declare, sign up, volunteer, and get that RSVP to the banquet in! Here we go. . .

(LAST REMINDER) BANQUET - SUNDAY, JULY 20th--Have you been practicing your dance moves?

Where: Eden Resort Courtyard

When: Sunday, July 20th 5:30-9:30 PM

Cost:

• $15 for swimmers
• $25 for non-swimmers 11 and under
• $33 for non-swimmers 12 and up

Payment: Cash, Check (payable to Skyline Swim Team -put in Damm mailbox) or Venmo (@skylinesharks) PLEASE ADD AN ADDITIONAL $2 PER PERSON IF PAYING BY VENMO due to Skyline by July 14th.

***This is a very HARD deadline and we WILL NOT be able to accept additional people after this date. As much as I want everyone to enjoy the banquet, if you are not registered by tomorrow, you will not be able to attend the meal/dessert portion!***

Register: In SwimTopia, go to Meets and Events and scroll to Banquet and click the RSVP button.

RSVP for only those listed in your family who are attending. If you are bringing additional guests, please choose how many and list their names (and age if a child) in the Comment Section. Also, in the comments section – please list your total amount and payment method.

If you have not registered and paid when the signup closes on the 14th, you will not be counted in the final count and will be unable to attend the meal portion of the banquet.

Other information:

• 8 and under swimmers will be sitting with their families
• We WILL have assigned seating (for parents/guests)to make sure everyone has a place to sit. We will not be saving seats for any swimmers/parents. This has caused a lot of stress for the banquet staff in the past and I would like to try to avoid it. Thank you for understanding. Swimmers will be at the long tables in the middle (ages 9 and up). We are also not saving seats for any swimmer this year.
• Children ages 12-years-old and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• For safety purposes, Skyline Swim Team and families are only permitted in the courtyard and lobby areas of the Eden Resort. Parents/Guardians need to know children's whereabouts at all times.

INTO THE NEAR FUTURE

(REMINDER) Overlook Away meet--July 15th--You should be declared ASAP!

• Please sign up for jobs! We still need some important positions filled before Tuesday!  Please take a look!  
• Senior Night combined with Overlook Seniors for those who are not in attendance Thursday, July 10th
• NEW--Senior Night will happen BEFORE the meet starts. Please arrive accordingly. I was told that the recognition will begin around 6pm.

INTO THE DISTANT FUTURE

• YOU MUST DECLARE YOUR INTENT TO SWIM IN THIS MEET BY TONIGHT AT 5PM. Otherwise, parents/swimmers can contact Coach Barb through Wednesday AM to be added! Thank you for your immediate attention to this!

SESSION 1: – 11 & Over (Age Groups: 12&U, 14&U, Opens)

Gates open at 7AM

Warm Up time will come later this week

Meet Starts: 9AM

SESSION 2: 10 & Under (Age Groups: 10&U, 8&U)

Warm Up time will come later this week

Meet Starts at 2:30PM

Admission: The cost of admission is $5.00 per person per session, or $8.00 per person for both sessions. CASH AND CREDIT AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND CASH ONLY AT THE BACK GATE  . Children under 6, accompanied by an adult, are free. Officials, Coaches, and Volunteers shall receive free admission. All coaches and volunteers should check - in at the admissions table. 

Meet results will be available on Meet Mobile. Printed heat sheets will NOT be available. 

Concessions: The Overlook Pool’s concession stand will be available with a limited menu.  The Pool concession stand is cashless.  

Several Food trucks will also be on - site to provide additional food and beverage options.

I will provide parking maps, and other information about Divisionals later this week.  I don't want to overload you (too late!).  

RECAP:

1. Sign up for the Banquet before tomorrow at 6PM!

4. Read the information about Divisionals carefully--There are 2 sessions this year!

5. Look at the Fast and Furious results if you participated!
