Hello, everyone!

Mother Nature has thrown us a curveball. . .smoke, storms. . . .So, we've been in close contact with Manheim Township Parks and Rec, and have come up with 3 plans. We are waiting for their response. 

We feel that over-communicating at this point is best. 

Skyline is responding to these conditions in the following way: 

1. Plan A: The meet runs as planned! 

2. Plan B: If storms are predicted to delay the morning session into the afternoon, we would like to start the meet at 5PM with the younger swimmer session going first, followed by the older swimmers. 

3. Plan C: A Sunday meet. This would be not the ideal situation. 

We hope to have a firm answer by 5pm today. I have asked other divisions about their plans; they are hoping to complete their meets on Saturday. Please reach out with any questions you may have. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility! I will update you when I have final details from Parks and Rec.

MEET DETAILS:

**On-site parking will be provided for handicapped individuals, coaches, and officials. Please refer to the attached Parking Map for details. 

**Spectator parking will be at the Highland Church. There is a walking path from the church to the pool. Please DO NOT park at the Eden Resort, the M&T Bank next door, Roseville Apartments, Sheetz, The Long Community at Highland or along the street! Volunteers are also to park in the church lot.

AM Session

• Arrival Time for 11 and Up:  6:45am
• Warm ups:  7:00am

If you are helping with AM set up, please arrive at the pool between 5:30-6:00am.

If you are helping with parking, please arrive at the pool by 5:45am.

If you are helping with admissions, please arrive by 6:00am.

If you are helping with ANY OTHER AM SHIFT, please arrive by 6:30am!

• Arrival Time for 10 and under:  12:00pm
• Warm ups:  12:15pm

If you are helping with parking for the PM session, please arrive by 11:30am.

If you are helping with admissions for the PM session, please arrive by 11:30am.

If you are helping with any other PM session shift, please arrive by 11:45am.
