Swim for Life: (REMINDER)

Swim for Life is a great way to give back to the community and to honor someone who has battled cancer. We all know someone that has been or currently is affected by cancer. Let's work together to raise money for this worthy cause, Skyline Family!

It is super easy to make an account for your swimmer(s) via the link that is provided. I did it last year, and it took me less than 2 minutes! This link can be attached to your social media accounts or sent through texts or emails (think family group chats). We've also attached the pledge form in the Sunday News #7, if you prefer to print and collect donations that way.

Please return that form to Jill Yingst (or the Yingst mailbox) at the due date (given at a later time). We are really trying to push online donations as much as possible this year.

So, if you'd like to participate, you will attend practice on Friday, June 19th at your normal practice time. It is going to be a fun morning with flippers, kick boards, music, food, and fun!

Skyline Cup: (REMINDER)

19th Annual Skyline Cup-- June 30th-

NEEDS: We will need all hands on deck for this event! Please sign up now to help! More details will be coming, but we can not run this event without YOU!

*We will be raising money for the John Apple Swim Scholarship and the swim program at Horizons.

Besides admissions, concessions, and candy grams, we also raise money by putting together raffle baskets. Each age group is assigned a theme. There will be collection bins at the pool, so please sign up under your age group(s), shop, and drop off your item by June 26th. We will have a basket making "party" the morning of the cup! Come to help!

PICTURE DAY INFORMATION (NEW)

  • Tuesday, June 23rd

You will find 1 form for each swimmer. The photographer requires 1 form for each photo She takes. So, if you have 3 children - you will need 3 forms.

If you would like a photo of all your children together, you will need to complete another form. If you know that you will not be having your child's photo taken, please put the blank order form in the first folder in front of the coach's folder in the top drawer.

If you need another form, you can take one from this folder too. Ashley will also have extra forms available that day as well.

Individual photos take place during morning practices. Please arrive prior to your swim time practice (about 15 min or so) to get your pictures taken and not miss practice and bring your completed form.

Team Photos will also be on Tuesday, June 23rd beginning at 4 PM prior to our home swim meet. Please arrive by 4 PM. We will start with the 8 and under and then continue with the remaining age groups.

Photo make up day will be June 30th. Time will be determined soon!
