Welcome to June!  Let's hope that the weather stays warm so the outdoor pool warms up before Monday!  

I say this every week, but please read the mid-week updates to the end.  Also, you may want to make a swim team folder to put all of the updates so they are easily accessible to you when you may need to look back for information.  The Sunday News and the Updates are published on the website as well.  

Senior Parents!! (LAST CALL!!)

Please have your senior complete this google form as soon as you can (by June 1st, which was 2 days ago). It will be used for Senior Night on June 23rd, and at the Banquet on July 19th.  If your senior does not complete this, they will not have a poster.  

*Please send 3 photos of your senior for the posters to [email protected]. These pictures can be swim related or not!

Volunteer Meets and Events (REMINDER)

Volunteer sign ups are now open! GO NOW!

Go to Swimtopia and sign up for a spot! We need timers, concession workers, runners, ribbon workers, scorekeepers, etc! 

New parents, do not be afraid to sign up! I can make sure you are paired with another seasoned parent to help/explain how things work! Reach out to me if you would like to have a little "training"! Concession donations will open soon!

Welcome Back Social (NEW and REMINDER)

Our Welcome Back Social will be at the Skyline Pool on June 9th from 6:00-8:00pm. We are asking families who are attending to bring a dessert to share. The team will be providing plates, napkins, etc, and water in coolers. If you are not a member of Skyline Pool, please tell them at the desk you are there for the social. We will be in the grass area on the opposite side of the pool near the sheds. This is a great opportunity to meet new families, board members, coaches, and to get signed up for volunteer positions! 

**Team shirts will be handed out, too!!

We are keeping an eye on the weather.  If it looks like rain, we will send out an alert as soon as we can!  

We are also going to have a SWAP TABLE this year!  If you are a previous family and have suits, goggles, caps, shirts, sweatshirts, swim bags, etc, bring them to our swap table.  These items will be FREE!

Overlook Opener--June 11th (more meet related information to come)

(NEW) Here is the the link to sign up for lane timers for this event. Timers will receive FREE admission.

Family Relay - This is a new event this year. Groups of 4 can sign up for a 100M Free Relay. Each "family" relay must have at least 1 or 2 adults. Relation is encouraged, but not required. Participating families can sign up for the Family Relay on the day of the event, cost is $10.

Woodridge Invitational--June 13th (more meet related information to come)

(NEW) Woodridge is requesting 3 timers from Skyline! SIGN UP VIA SWIMTOPIA! Timers will receive free admission ($5.00 for everyone else)! Timing responsibilities will be split up and determined by the volunteers. You get a front row "seat" at the edge of the pool, and free splashes!

Conestoga Valley Invitational--June 20th (more meet related information to come)(NEW) Timers are needed for this meet. SIGN UP VIA SWIMTOPIA! We will need 2 timers for the first half and 2 timers for the second half!

NEW!!!! LITITZ SPRINGS INVITATIONAL--This meet was just added to the calendar.  It will be on June 27th.  If you are able to swim in this meet, please go and declare YES or NO as soon as you can!  

I think that is it for now!  I am hoping to see you at the pool on Tuesday!  I will officially be finished with the school year on Monday!
