(REMINDER) Adamstown Make Up Meet--MONDAY, July 7th (TOMORROW)

• Arrival 5:30pm
• Warm Up 5:45pm
• Meet Starts at 6:15pm
• Theme is Tropical
• The line up was sent Saturday night.
• NEEDS:
  • First half stager (1)
  • Scoring (1) 2nd half
  • Timers (3) 2nd half
  • Stager (1) 2nd half
  • Finishing Judge (1) 2nd half

(NEW) L-S Home Meet--Thursday, July 10th

This is our LAST home meet for the season!  We will celebrate our Seniors (Take Two!!).  Seniors and parents, don't worry!  I have worked out a way to have you recognized if you CANNOT make this meet!  It will happen during our meet with Overlook on July 15th!  If you CANNOT make either of these two meets, we will take time to celebrate you at the banquet!  If you CANNOT come to any of the listed events, please email me.

• Needs--There are still a lot of jobs that need to be filled, so please take time to look and sign up!  Anne also sent concessions information today, so take a look and help make our last meet THE BEST MEET YET!
• Arrival is at 4:50pm
• Warm up is at 5pm
• Theme is Christmas in July (Wear sweaters at your own risk, and Santa hats are encouraged!)

(REMINDER) MANHEIM FAST AND FURIOUS - SATURDAY, JULY 12

• Rain date: Sunday, July 13
• Location: Manheim Community Pool--Across from Manheim Central High School
• Warmups: TBD (Between 7:45 and 8:30am--another email will go out specifically to this group of swimmers)
• Meet Starts: 9 AM
• Admission: $5, 12 and under free
• We NEED 2 TIMERS per half, please sign up if you are interested! We have 1, and need 3 more!
• Parents, coaches, college students can swim a 25 free - just let Coach Barb know.
• I will send this line up in a separate email. NO changes can be made at this time.

(REMINDER) BANQUET - SUNDAY, JULY 20th--Time to go buy a new and fancy outfit!

Where: Eden Resort Courtyard

When: Sunday, July 20th 5:30-9:30 PM

Cost:

• $15 for swimmers
• $25 for non-swimmers 11 and under
• $33 for non-swimmers 12 and up

Payment: Cash, Check (payable to Skyline Swim Team -put in Damm mailbox) or Venmo (@skylinesharks) PLEASE ADD AN ADDITIONAL $2 PER PERSON IF PAYING BY VENMO due to Skyline by July 14th. 

***This is a very HARD deadline and we WILL NOT be able to accept additional people after this date.  Please plan accordingly!***

Register: In SwimTopia, go to Meets and Events and scroll to Banquet and click the RSVP button.

RSVP for only those listed in your family who are attending. If you are bringing additional guests, please choose how many and list their names (and age if a child) in the Comment Section. Also, in the comments section – please list your total amount and payment method. If you have not registered and paid when the signup closes on the 14th, you will not be counted in the final count and will be unable to attend the meal portion of the banquet.

Other information:

• 8 and under swimmers will be sitting with their families
• Children ages 12-years-old and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• For safety purposes, Skyline Swim Team and families are only permitted in the courtyard and lobby areas of the Eden Resort. Parents/Guardians need to know children's whereabouts at all times.
• Any questions, contact Cathy (Banquet Coordinator)--I put in a plug for a new Banquet Coordinator last Scoop, but I haven't had any bites!  Really, it is easy, and you get to plan an epic party!
