Is it done raining yet??  Despite the rain, we have 2 duel meets this week and an invitational on Saturday.  With that being said, I'm a swim team president, here, asking for more help. . .

Tomorrow Night Needs:

We have some major need to help us run a smooth meet--

Concessions:

• 4 bags of ice
• Small bags of Doritos for walking tacos
• 2 packs of hotdogs
• 1 crockpot mac and cheese
• 2 crockpots of pulled pork
• 2 assorted chip boxes
• 2 packs of Costco Cookies
• 1 mixed berries
• 1 bag of granola

Jobs to fill for tomorrow night:

• 1 concession worker from 6-7pm and 2 from 8-9pm
• 2 people for Ribbons 2nd half of the meet
• 1 runner 2nd half of the meet
• 1 staging for 1st half and 1 for 2nd half

Adamstown Meet on Thursday Needs: If we are unable to provide the following jobs, the Lancaster Summer Swim League states the following: If either team cannot fill all positions, the meet referee will fill them from spectators. No protest on this basis will be honored.  

• 5 second half timers
• 2 people for staging for the 1st half and 1 person for the 2nd half
• 1 start/finish judge for each half
• 1 stroke and turn judge for the 2nd half 

Report Time for Woodridge Home Meet Tomorrow:

• Please arrive at the pool around 4:50pm.  Warm ups will be at 5:00pm.
• Line up will be sent tomorrow afternoon.

Finally,  Picture Day is June 26th!  

You will find 1 form for each swimmer. The photographer requires 1 form for each photo he takes. So, if you have 3 children - you will need 3 forms. You can just write one check though for the total (just write the check number on all 3 forms.) He also accepts credit cards. If you would like a photo of all your children together, you will need to complete another form. If you know that you will not be having your child's photo taken, please put the blank order form in the first folder in front of the coach's folder in the top drawer. If you need another form, you can take one from this folder too. Paul will also have extra forms available that day as well.

Individual photos take place during morning practices. Please arrive prior to your swim time practice (about 15 min or so) to get your pictures taken and not miss practice and bring your completed form.

Team Photos will also be on Thursday, June 26th beginning at 4 PM prior to our home swim meet. Please arrive by 4 PM. We will start with the 8 and under and then continue with the remaining age groups.

Photo make up day will be July 3rd.  Time will be determined soon!
