Happy Father's Day to all of the Skyline Dads out there!

We have a very important announcement about practices this week (until further notice)!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

(NEW and URGENT) Practice

Our other neighborhood pool is having maintenance issues, and it requires them (Overlook) to utilize Skyline until further notice from parks and rec.  This means that swim times and groups will need to be changed in order for us to share the pool.  

          Starting Monday (tomorrow):

• Opens & ALL 13/14's will practice from 9:30am-10:30am
• 11/12's & 9/10 BOYS will practice from 10:30am-11:15am
• 9/10 GIRLS and ALL 8U will practice from 11:15am-12:00pm

These times will stand until otherwise notified!  Thank you for understanding, and let's give Overlook a nice welcome as we come and go from the pool!

It is a busy week, meet wise, so please look over carefully!  Most likely, I will be sending out many emails this week....

Woodridge Duel Meet @ Home--Tuesday, June 17th--more details will be sent Monday.

(REMINDER) SIGN UPS ARE NOW OPEN! There are still a lot of job openings as well as concession needs!  Go to Swimtopia and sign up for a spot to work or for a concession donation.  

New parents, do not be afraid to sign up! I can make sure you are paired with another seasoned parent to help/explain how things work! Reach out to me if you would like to have a little "training"!

(REMINDER) Conestoga Valley Invitational- June 21st--A separate email will be sent later today to those participating.

We have been asked to provide 3 timers for this meet. Please let me know, or sign up under the meet on Swimtopia! You will receive FREE admission and a front row "seat" to see your swimmer!

IMPORTANT if you are attending this meet:

The Lancaster YMCA is requiring all participants that swim in the Leola Community Pool to read and sign a waiver. A swimmer will not be able to participate unless this form is completed. Please complete this ASAP!

To wrap up this scoop (for now), yesterday, we had many swimmers participate in the Woodridge Classic!  Here is a message from Coach Barb, and I've attached the results:

          Great job Skyline!  Lost of best times and the swimmers who swam in their first meet ever did fantastic!!  And the weather held out although....only some drizzle, no rain.  It was still quite cold for the swimmers, especially when they got staged then out of the pool after each of their events!  Great first meet!! Have a great Sunday!
