Outdoor practices will begin on Monday, June 9th--TOMORROW!

June 10- July 18 Outdoor practice schedule (every day except July 4th)

8:30-9:30 am ages GIRLS 13/14 and Opens 15-18 years

9:30-10:30 am ages Boys 13/14 and ALL 11-12 years

10:30-11:30 am ages 10 and under (At indoor practice, coaches will decide which group the 10 and under swimmers will be part of once we go outside. Practice times might end 15 minutes earlier for some swimmers.)

Remember to bring water bottles and sunscreen!  Also, if you are planning to stay at Skyline for the afternoon, you need to leave the facility and get in line to check in when the pool opens at 12.  

Welcome Back Social (REMINDER)

Our Welcome Back Social will be held on Tuesday, June 10th at 6:30pm-8:00pm at Skyline. We are asking families who are attending to bring a dessert to share. The team will be providing plates, napkins, etc, and water in coolers. If you are not a member of Skyline Pool, please tell them at the desk you are there for the social. We will be in the grass area on the opposite side of the pool near the sheds. This is a great opportunity to meet new families, board members, and coaches!  Spiritwear orders and T-N-T orders will be available for pick up!  In case of rainy weather, please have the Swimtopia App downloaded with your notifications on.  I will send out an alert if needed.  

UPCOMING MEETS (REMINDER) The first two meets of the season are coming up quickly! Please make sure to declare either YES or NO. If you are a new swimmer, please remember that it's optional. If you are unsure if your swimmer will not be ready, it's probably better to skip it.

Woodridge Classic--June 14th (PLEASE NOTE THAT A SEPARATE EMAIL WITH ENTRIES WILL BE SENT AT A LATER POINT THIS WEEK)

(REMINDER) Woodridge is requesting 3 timers from Skyline! We have 1 more slot available! You can sign up on Swimtopia under the Woodridge Invitational meet!

Timers will receive free admission ($5.00 for everyone else)! Timing responsibilities will be split up and determined by the volunteers. You get a front row "seat" at the edge of the pool, and free splashes!

• Warmups:  TBD (once we know we will send an email)
• Meet Start: 9:00am
• Admission: $5
• Food: Concession stand with breakfast and lunch food available
• Timers:  Sandra Palacios, Kelli Velez and we still need ONE more!

Woodridge Duel Meet @ Home--June 17th

(REMINDER) SIGN UPS ARE NOW OPEN! There are still a lot of job openings!  See Below!  Go to Swimtopia and sign up for a spot! We need timers, concession workers, runners, ribbon workers, scorekeepers, etc! New parents, do not be afraid to sign up! I can make sure you are paired with another seasoned parent to help/explain how things work! Reach out to me if you would like to have a little "training"! Concession donations will open soon!

Job sign ups are open.  There are still many jobs that need to be filled for our away meets, too!  Please check out the job openings on Swimtopia!  If you aren't sure how to sign up for a job, please reach out and I'd be happy to help!  

(NEW) Conestoga Valley Invitational- June 21

We have been asked to provide 3 timers for this meet.  Please let me know, or sign up under the meet on Swimtopia!  You will receive FREE admission and a front row "seat" to see your swimmer!  

IMPORTANT if you are attending this meet:

The Lancaster YMCA is requiring all participants that swim in the Leola Community Pool to read and sign a waiver.  A swimmer will not be able to participate unless this form is completed.  Please complete this ASAP!
