Senior Parents!! (REMINDER!)

Thank you to the seniors who have provided information for Senior Night! Please have your senior complete this google form as soon as you can (by TODAY!). It will be used for Senior Night on June 26th, and at the Banquet on July 20.

REMINDER- please send 3 photos of your senior for the posters to [email protected]. These pictures can be swim related or not! We will need all photos by June 1st--Today if possible!

NEW THIS WEEK!--

We are going to be doing time trials on WEDNESDAY (6-7pm group only) and Thursday (Both Groups).  Coach Barb needs help with timing (parents and LEAD Crew).  New parents, this is a great opportunity to be "trained" as a timer!  We will need 6 timers for each session.  Please email Coach Barb if you are interested and the session that you will attend.  Thank you!!  [email protected]

Outdoor practices will begin on Monday, June 9th.

June 10- July 18 Outdoor practice schedule (every day except July 4th)

8:30-9:30 am ages GIRLS 13/14 and Opens 15-18 years

9:30-10:30 am ages Boys 13/14 and ALL 11-12 years

10:30-11:30 am ages 10 and under (At indoor practice, coaches will decide which group the 10 and under swimmers will be part of once we go outside. Practice times might end 15 minutes earlier for some swimmers.)

Welcome Back Social (REMINDER)

Our Welcome Back Social will be held on Tuesday, June 10th at 6:30pm at Skyline. We are asking families who are attending to bring a dessert to share. The team will be providing plates, napkins, etc, and water in coolers. If you are not a member of Skyline Pool, please tell them at the desk you are there for the social. We will be in the grass area on the opposite side of the pool near the sheds. This is a great opportunity to meet new families, board members, and coaches!

UPCOMING MEETS (REMINDER) The first two meets of the season are coming up quickly! Please make sure to declare either YES or NO. If you are a new swimmer, please remember that it's optional. If you are unsure if your swimmer will not be ready, it's probably better to skip it.

Woodridge Invitational--June 14th 

(REMINDER) Woodridge is requesting 3 timers from Skyline! We have 2 more slots available!  You can sign up on Swimtopia under the Woodridge Invitational meet!  

Timers will receive free admission ($5.00 for everyone else)! Timing responsibilities will be split up and determined by the volunteers. You get a front row "seat" at the edge of the pool, and free splashes!

(REMINDER)Preorder your Woodridge Classic Shirt by using this link. Preorders will be taken between NOW and JUNE 2nd. Limited number of shirts will be available for purchase at the meet.

Woodridge Duel Meet @ Home--June 17th

(REMINDER) SIGN UPS ARE NOW OPEN! There are still a lot of job openings! Go to Swimtopia and sign up for a spot! We need timers, concession workers, runners, ribbon workers, scorekeepers, etc! New parents, do not be afraid to sign up! I can make sure you are paired with another seasoned parent to help/explain how things work! Reach out to me if you would like to have a little "training"! Concession donations will open soon!
