Hope everyone had a great Fourth of July! We will still get to celebrate with our USA Theme tomorrow night for the Cup. 

Thank you to everyone who stepped up since my last email to volunteer and donate concessions. There are a few things that remain:

Volunteers: Bold are the critical needs

• Candygrams - 1 person 2nd shift
• Concessions - 1 person 4-5 PM, 2 people from 7-8 PM, 3 people from 8-9 PM
• Finish Judge - 1 person 2nd half
• Head Timer - 1 person 2nd half
• Parking Lot - 4 people 4:30-until lot is full 
• Stroke and Turn Judge - 2 2nd half

Concessions: 

• 22lb bags of ice - 3
• 2 lbs ground beef in crockpot for walking tacos - 1
• baked goods - dozen - 2
• mac and cheese in crockpot - 3
• meatballs and sauce in crockpot - 1
• pasta salad - 1
• watermelon or assorted fruit - precut and prepped - 1

Arrival and Warmup Times

Skyline warmups will be optional since it's our pool from 4:50-5. If you are not doing warmups, please arrive no later than 5:30.

Other Reminders

• Remember that parking is limited so try to carpool or if you are coming later - remember you can park in the bank/offices next door once they are closed for the day.
• Admission is $5 for anyone over 17 years old. This includes Skyline families - even if you are volunteering. Remember we are supporting 2 charities.
  
• Bring a donated school supply item for The Mix at Arbor Place and get a free raffle ticket at the admissions table. (1 per person) 
  
• If you are volunteering, the volunteer check-in will be at the admissions table. (Please look for the sign to see which side of the check-in to go to when you arrive. You do not need to check in your concession's donations.)
• Bring cash for concessions, candygrams, and raffle tickets. 
  
• Oasis food truck will also be on site for acai bowls, smoothies, and lemonades and iced coffees.

If you were unable to bring your raffle donation to the pool today, please message me so we know and bring it to the pool between 8:30-9 tomorrow morning.
