Here is the first version of the Ephrata entries for tomorrow :)

I will be going over the events with the kids tomorrow at practice. If your swimmer is in the meet and shouldn't be, please let me know. And if they are not in the meet and should be, I can add them if you get back to me tonight :) I think tomorrow's meet is going to be a fun one and come down to the relays!! Keep your kids hydrated and in air conditioning tomorrow after practice. It's going to be a HOT one! Team pictures are tomorrow at 4. Look for shade before and after pictures and until warm up. Warm up will be between 5 and 5:20 until 5:30. (Depending on the age order of pictures) Get plenty of rest tonight and get set for a fun and FAST meet!  Coach Barb

Thank you to everyone who has signed in to volunteer or bring concession donations. There are only a few needs right now: 

Concession Stand - 1 person 4-5 PM

Finish Judge - second half

Tear Down - 4 people

Stroke and Turn - 2 people in second half

Concessions: 2 2lbs. ground beef for walking tacos in a crockpot, 2 Costco/BJs size boxes of Dorito bags, 1 pulled pork or sloppy joes in a crockpot

Please remember to sign-in at the picnic table on the far side when you arrive (both swimmers and volunteers). Remember arrival time tomorrow is 4 PM due to team photos. Each age group will have their photo taken together before warmups. 

Parking - the parking lot will get full so it's good to carpool. Remember not to park at the Eden. You can park in the complex next door once everything has closed down for the night. 

Finally - don't forget tomorrow night is a BLUE-OUT!!! Let's "Blue Ephrata Out of the Water!"
